Secured loans
We assist banks and other loan entities to evaluate a property for security against a loan, in accordance with guidelines laid down on such loans (2014/17/UE).
Patrimonial valuations
We help our clients to determine the value of a property for reasons of inheritance, donation, divorce, withdrawal from joint ownership or shared properties, reassessment proposals (wealth tax), etc..
Business and professional evaluations
We advise professionals on rental prices, tenancy laws and eviction indemnities, the value of commercial premises or going concerns, and calculate shareholdings in an SCI (non-trading real estate company)
Geographic sectors
We carry out more than 350 unique valuations every year.
40% of our workload is based in prime areas of the South of France (Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Saint-Tropez, Cap d’Antibes, Cannes, Mougins, Monaco, etc.)
50% of our valuations are carried out in other touristic areas of the Alpes Maritimes and Var regions (Nice, Menton, Grasse, Vence, Théoule-sur-Mer, Fayence, Saint-Raphaël, etc.)
10% of our valuations are carried out further afield, essentially in Paris and its surrounding area, the Luberon region and the most renowned ski resorts in the Alps.
