Having gained a Masters degree in economics (Paris Dauphine) and a Business Certificate from the College of San Francisco, Cédric first worked as a parliamentary attaché at the European Parliament in Brussels and then as a research consultant at Boston Consulting Group and AT Kearney. More than 10 years ago he turned towards the profession of real estate valuer and consultant. Today he is head of the valuation department at JHP Valuation, vice-president of the National Chamber of Valuers and member of the European Valuation Standards Board (EVSB) -TEGoVA.
With a degree in law, Jacques has a deep understanding of the real estate business on the Côte d’Azur. He has been a co-ownership representative, run a real estate agency on the Croisette in Cannes, worked as a property developer and spent the last 15 years as a real estate valuer. With over 40 years’ experience, Jacques now looks after advising and supporting our clients in their real estate projects.
Analyst in real estate investment
With a degree in business studies and customer relations, Jonathan first tried his hand in the “foodtech” industry, spending two years in charge of business development for a small start-up company. He joined JHP Valuation in 2017 and is responsible for analyzing real estate projects, thereby helping our clients with their investments.
Real estate valuer
As a graduate in real estate law (DEUST from the University of Toulon), Hermine worked for a while at Nexity and is currently studying for a real estate valuer’s certificate at the ICH in Nice. She carries out comparative studies and market analysis for our valuation reports.
